Terms of Use

1. General
1. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (the "User" or "you") and Miccron LLC (the "Company"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile application Coinoscope (the "Mobile App"), web-based Coinoscope Desktop application (the "Web App") and underlying server-based Coinoscope Coin Search Engine (the "Engine"), together referred as the Coinoscope Service (the "Service").
2. You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately. The Terms of Use may change from time to time. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.
3. The Service comes with NO WARRANTY; it is provided on "as is" and "as available" basis. Usage of the Service is at your own risk. The Company is not liable for any losses or damages suffered by you, direct indirect or consequential, by your use of the Service. The Service is not covered by warranty of any kind for the accuracy of search data and provided information.
4. The Service is proprietary property of the Company and is protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without written permission of the Company.
5. The Mobile App made available through the App Store or Google Play is licensed, not sold, to you. You are granted a personal, non-assignable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the Mobile App on your iOS or Android device. The Web App is also licensed, not sold, to you. You are granted a personal, non-assignable, non-exclusive, limited license license to use the Web App in your web browser.
6. You can access the Engine only through the Mobile App and the Web App. Direct access to the Engine by third party applications, web-services or any other technical means is forbidden without written permission of the Company.
7. The Service can be changed, suspended, removed or disabled at any time without notice, and without liability.
8. It is forbidden to copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or try to access or modify the source code of the Service.
9. The Mobile App uploads coin images to the server-based Engine for coin recognition and search result preparation. Images of coins are stored on the server without personally identifiable information. The Company will not publish or share uploaded images with any third parties. The Company may use images of uploaded coins to improve search engine image recognition model.
10. The Mobile App and the Web App may collect and use technical data (including but not limited to device type, operating system, application versions) and statistics of the use (screen navigation, application errors). The Company may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you.
2. Coinoscope Market
1. To sell coins on the Coinoscope Market, users must register for a seller account.
2. All account and listing information is securely stored on the Coinoscope server.
3. Buyers are responsible for providing correct contact information and accurate listing information.
4. Coinoscope may reject listings that contain inappropriate or misleading information, or block accounts that repeatedly violate good rules of conduct.
5. Buyers should contact sellers by email, telephone or other means of communication, establish trustworthiness of the seller and agree on specific terms of the transaction.
6. Coinoscope is not responsible for any financial transactions or actual delivery of goods through the Coinoscope Market.
7. Deleting the account permanently deletes all information about the seller, including all registered listings and uploaded images. Coinoscope does not provide recovery of deleted accounts.
3. Coinoscope Cloud
1. To use the Coinoscope Cloud, users must buy Coinoscope Pro (subscription or one-time payment).
2. Coinoscope Cloud ensures that all collection data is securely stored on the Coinoscope server and synchronized with device(s).
3. The company does not share the collection data with other users or third parties.
4. Coinoscope Cloud keeps only actual copy of collection data on the server (historical changes are not stored).
5. If Coinoscope Pro subscription is cancelled, Coinoscope Cloud is automatically disabled.
